I did a search on google and found a list of places you can get your MFC70.DLL
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?mfc70

_rohini_,
Are you sure? mfc70.dl_ is not on my XP SP1 disk (nor is mfc70.dll in the C:\I386 folder); I do have it in the \Windows\system32 folder
from its properties, version/product name it seems that mfc70.dll is from MS visual studio.NET, not XP.

throw the CD in and exit if the cd autoplays
start--run--cmd
expand {YourCDDrive}\i386\mfc70.dl_ %systemroot%\system32\mfc70.dll
that should do it.
