MSCONFIG and System32 window

Question

I recently updated my msconfig to uncheck some things that start up.  Since then, at each login, a window always appears - C:\WINDOWS\System32.  The files are hidden.  Why is this coming up now at login and can I keep it from coming up?

Here is the easy way to fix it without having to edit the registry   Line 260. click on 'System32 Folder Opens Upon Boot' http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm
