Thanks for your post. We have Norton on my son's 4550 but the LiveUpdate thing is a constant source of problems. I'm very sour on Symantec software, which makes irreversible changes to your system. We just got a Dimension 3000 for my daughter and it has MacAfee, which I have on my work computer. I want something for my kids that is as "set it and forget it" as possible. I'm looking forward to setting up MacAfee and seeing how well it works.
