Dear jmwills, thanks for your comments, but I'm using the forum to solve my problem, I would really appreciate if you give me some solutions insted of show me how much do you know about meaning of some names. Well Missy, you need to learn a few things about the product you know very little about.

 

How do you expect to load the MCE function without the Operating System loading?  You just hit the ignored button.

Vigi, when you reinstalled the OS you probably damaged the Media direct partition, this link may be of help on how to repair the damage done by the OS reinstall.
