You don't say what flavor of Excel you have (2003, 2007, etc.). However, in 2003, if you go to View - Page Break View, you can see what area is set to print. Sometimes if you enter data outside of the print area, those cells will not print.
To break hyperlinks, right click on the email address or url and choose 'remove hyperlink'.
