Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\mscorwks.dll could not be loaded???
Hello,
I have a two-month old Studio 1735 laptop computer with Vista Premium OS. This morning, I turned on my computer and immediately had the above initialization error.
As I understand it, netFramework is now part of the OS system and does not appear in the uninstall program.
I cannot even close the error message...it remains on my screen.
Has anyone else had this problem...particularly when just turning on their computer? Any solutions? I called Dell and was referred to their software department. They can help me, probably, but it will cost $129.
I use my computer primarily for email and web surfing. I am not very technical. Any information is appreciated.

Try restoring your computer to an earlier operating state (without affecting your data files) as follows:
1. Click Start
2. In the Start Search box type System Restore and press
Note: Click Continue to pass the UAC window
3. Click Next and follow the remaining prompts on the screen
