Microsoft .Net Framework error

Hi community,
I reinstalled windows 7 home premium so i lost many dell software which i got with the product now when i try to download factory installed software's from  the dell site i get the below error...help me to get rid of it

This can happen with a Windows 7 upgrade. Not sure if you have a printer, but this article will help. Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 Error After Upgrading to Windows 7
 

 
 

You may have to uninstall a program, if you don't have the printer, restart your computer, then install the program

Make sure to get all the Windows updates and see if it is still there.
 

 
 

If yes, do you have the operating system disk? If yes, insert the operating system disk and stop it from running.
 

Start, all programs, accessories, right click on command prompt, left click, run as administrator. Type
 

 
 

sfc /scannow          (space between the c and /)
 

Hit enter. This will replace any missing or corrupt Windows files.
 

 
 

Restart the computer.

i did the same as you suggested Rick once the process was done i got the message as follows
 

windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations.
