Microsoft PowerPoint Program Windows 2000 Professional System compatibility with Windoes XP Home Edition System?
My notebook is on the blink. The operating program is Windows 2000 Professional. I need to install MS Powerpoint from the notebook to my desktop, which is running Windows XP Home Edition System. Can I install and use the MS PowerPoint Program for Windows 2000 Professional on the Windows XP Home Edition System desktop???? Thanks in advance! Al

Earlier versions of PowerPoint are compatible with Windows XP. If you have PowerPoint from Office XP on your notebook system and it is from an OEM installation you will not be able to activate it on the desktop. Earlier versions should not have this problem.
