Missing product key
New computer came w/ MS Vista & XP pro. Have product key for Vista on CPU but none for XP pro anywhere and I NEED IT. What can I do?

If you ordered the computer under the terms of the Vista downgrade program (which means your computer arrived with Windows XP Pro installed) the COA on the computer is good for both the Dell OEM installation disks. You will not normally need to enter the COA as Dell OEM disks are pre-activated on the computer they were shipped with.
Note that you are supposed to run only one OS at a time; you are allowed to replace Vista with XP or XP with Vista, not both at the same time, and certainly not with each installed on a separate computer.
