Music Match Jukebox shellcon error

I am not a techie, but about to go out of my mind.  I'd been using dell MusicJukebox10, but recently installed the Yahoo Musicmatch "upgrade".  Ever since my system has been extremely slow and I run into these shell conn errors.  I've been reading for hours about these errors and have gone in to msconfig and disabled items at start up.  Must I uninstall Musicmatch Jukebox completely??  I already uninstalled the Yahoo Musicmatch Jukebox and no change.  I do need a package to handle my music and burn & rip CD's.  Should I uninstall everything and start fresh???  HELP!!  This issue has consumed me for days and now the past 5 hrs have been spent on line researching a fix.  If I uninstall, is Yahoo Musicmatch what I must use?

Try doing a System Restore to before you upgraded Musicmatch.

If that does not work it does look like an unuinstall and reinstall of your original Musicmatch.

Don`t you have it on a CD supplied by Dell?
