Musicmatch Jukebox missing setup files for reinstall
I was using musicmatch jukebox version 10.10.1.38 as near as I can figure, my 3 year old got to the computer and now the it does not run. I have tried doing the download from the website except it gives me the message that I have a higher version installed. The setup files are missing and the unistall does not seem to want to let the program be removed.

REPLY FROM MUSICMATCH CUSTOMER SUPPORT I RECEIVED THIS MORNING.
As of now, our records show that the status of this account is at"financially cancelled". Your credit card was declined when we attempted to process the charge for your Musicmatch Radio/On Demand subscription.
Because of this, your account has been placed on hold. You will not be able to access Musicmatch Radio/On Demand online music services until you update your credit card information and renew your account.
You can view your billing history by logging in to your account through the Account Management by clicking the link below:
MY RESPONSE:
I ASKED THEM TO
For the past 8 months I haven't been able to log into my Musicmatch account.
It is virtually impossible to find an email address in order to write to you and your pull down menus are less than helpful.
I've written to customer service in excess of 20 times. They always send a canned letter that is absolutely worthless. I can write them back but I get the straw man response..if I only had a brain. In April I paid the extra $20.00 in order to get Jukebox Plus and then could never log in..Each time I wrote to customer service they never could or would send me information that was helpful. This is a crazy making situation.
Out of desperation today, due to another stupid response (canned) from customer service, I got a telephone number from the "security" tab at the bottom of the web page. Of course that telephone number wasn't correct either so I had to go to WHOIS in order to find a number to call.....this is NOT user friendly!!!!
Finally, I spoke with a customer representative to gave me the zip code you have on file....as you can see from my ecard I am not at XXXXX.
I can't change the address information because I am not giving you my credit card number due to the fact it has taken me 8 months to even get into my account.
I want a refund or a credit in order to utilize the services I paid for initially.
This is unacceptable and I am sure that DELL COMPUTER didn't expect this kind of service or assistance coming from you or it wouldn't have been part of the bundle it sold to me. What a sad thing.
Would you please credit my account since the customer service representative could not. She did manage to get me into my account but I lost 8 months, a $15.00 telephone call and I still haven't utilized my system..
