Musicmatch Jukebox problem

I've got Jukebox on my 5100 and recently upgraded to Plus...then all heck broke loose. I can no longer run the software at all. Initially, there was a 'runtime error' before shutting down, now it just shuts down with no error message. here's a rundown of the problem: begins to load, then as soon as the software loads, it shuts down. when trying to uninstall via control panel, access is denied and will not uninstall can not delete files via windows explorer, same access denied message Musicmatch (horrible) tech support has decreed that the files are probably corrupt (ya think?) and has outlined a rememedy in three emails asking me to do the above steps, which don't work. Any ideas on how I can get this monster off my harddrive to do a clean install? Thanks! SEC

MusicMatch Jukebox may be loading with Windows which is why you are unable to delete the files. Try starting in Safe Mode and doing the deletion. Alternatively, go to Start|Run, type msconfig and click OK. Uncheck the entries for MMJB on the startup tabe and reboot. That also may enable you to delete the files.
