My Dell Downloads windows 7

Question

First of all, please accept my apology if this question is not posted in the correct spot. It is as close as I could find. I need to download software from the My Dell Downloads site and burn them to a disc with a computer other that the dead one that the software is for. The problem is that I cannot find a way around the automatic registration. I need to be able to enter the service tag manually to get the correct software. How is it that I can burn the software with the wrong computer so that it can be installed in the correct computer? Thank you.

The Windows 7 Reinstallation .iso is not available from My Dell Downloads, no Microsoft Products are.

You can however Download a Windows 10 TH2 .iso from Microsoft and use your Windows 7 OEM key to install Windows 10 TH2 via the Free Upgrade:
