You need to make sure that the entry for Source Path in the registry is C:\Windows\Options\Cabs. To do this, go to Start|Run, type
regedit and click OK. Navigate to HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup to see what value is recorded for Source Path. If it is not correct, right-click SourcePath and select Modify. Enter the correct value for SourcePath and click OK.
