Click here for another discussion in the Software - Window XP forum that offers a possible solution to the problem.  If the solution offered in that discussion does not resolve the problem, I then would suggest reposting your problem over in the Software - Window XP forum.  Since the problem deals with the operating system rather than the system's BIOS which is the nature of this forum, the XP forum would be a better venue in which to find an answer.  You can click here for a direct link to that forum.
