NTLDR missing

Trying to renstall Windows XP and it say's NTLDR is missing, What do I need to do to fix it?

Are you booting from the Windows XP CD? It doesn't sound like you are if that error message appears. See this.

Hi,
 
This usually  means it's trying to boot from the hard drive instead of the CD. Make sure the boot device order in BIOS setup has the CD drive listed above the hard drive. Also make sure you're paying attention when it boots -- there will normally be a 'Press any key to enter setup' prompt when it boots from the CD. If you miss this, a few seconds later it will try the hard drive instead.
