I received my computer one month ago. I have not done any repartition.
The whole story is: It crashed last Saturday. So I asked my friend in our department to reinstall the system using a Windows XP CD. After reinstallation, however, I found that network/audio do NOT work. (My friend told me he did not know how to activate network card since we don't have drive CDs for harware).
For these reasons, I want to RESTORE my computer, not REINSTALL.
When Windows XP was reinstalled the Master Boot Record was changed which makes the PC Restore feature inoperable. If you go to the Reinstall Guide link under Product Support above the forum and enter your system specifics you will be taken to page with detailed instructions on reinstalling any drivers required by your system. The drivers are available through the Downloads and Drivers link also under Product Support.

Then I tried CTRL+F11, but failed...
