If you click on the email link then it takes you to a page asking for your service tag and as I said mine is out of warrenty so they wont give me the email address.
Also there doesnt seem to be a UK forum; the UK Dell site links to this one.
Cheers for that. Strangely though I did stumble accross a similar page but there were no support numbers, just links to a form to input your customer ID's and service tags to obtain the numbers.
Of course this a U.S. site (see the little flag at the top of the forum!) and we don't know you are from the UK unless you tell us. Try the email method.

If you had read any other messages on this forum, you might have found that other users whose warranty has expired have been successful in obtaining the CDs if they are polite, explain the situation and the lack of alternatives when they call or email Dell Tech Support.
