Net framework Initialization error

Question

Every time I start my computor a  Net framework Initialization Error pops up saying   c;/windows/microsoft.net/framework/v1.0.3705/mscorwks.dll could not be loaded   there is a ok button on this blue box that I hit, and it will pop back up usally 2 or 3 times when I first sign on... and I can not get it to go away... what is my problem or how can I fix it ?

You might want to uninstall Net framework. It's really not a necessary update anyway unless you have Visual Studio. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/327434/EN-US/
