Network Diagnostics for Windows XP?
Since installing IE 7 RC1 beta, there is a new listing in my Windows
Firewall exceptions list: Network Diagnostics for Windows XP. I'm assuming the two are related, but I'm not positive.
What exactly does this program do, and is it necessary to allow it
free reign on my computer?

It is in IE6 also but is kind of hidden. See the link below.
