No video on Windows Media Player 11 under Vista 32 bit
I just lost my video on Windows Media Player (have sound) and can't seem to find anything relating to that within Microsofts support. Any ideas?
Thanks, David

kats6775,
Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
I found this link from Microsoft. There seems to be a bug with Media Player 11 according to Microsoft. There is a workaround listed on the site below. Try it and see if it will work for you. Please post back or PM me with your results.

Try reinstalling Windows Media Player?
Try installing a codecs pack?

I can't seem to find out how to do that, any ideas? When I try the MS Site says I have the latest version and stops. Where do I get the codecs pack?
