I get an error saying to uninstall and reinstall Norton AntiVirus (part of Internet Security).

 

I tried doing the other 2 solutions according to the Symantec website but it didnt work.

 

The problem is that I never recieved an applications CD or a Norton CD with my Dell. It was pre-installed. How can I reinstall Norton after I uninstall it?

 

I saw that you could download Norton AntiVirus from the Symantec Website but I think I would need to get my subscription information and such before I go ahead with that.
