Not for sure but I think that the first one is the one that you need. I personally would uninstall the software from the system and reinstall from scratch as a repair install does not always cure problems with software.
Many thanks for the suggestion, but as I feared, I just tried it, and after uninstalling it, on reinstalling it I get exactly the same message, that I am now to insert the Roxio Media Creator disc (or whatever I said in the first message), and none of the CDs I have has that title.
I'm REALLY getting frustrated with Roxio, about this. I've gotten two replies from the, and neither demonstrated that they actually read my questions, and neither of them addressed this problem in any way whatsoever. I'm hoping that Dell might be able to tell me what's going on, and what to do, given that this is Dell-installed software, and the disks say Dell all over them.
Is there a way to ask Dell this question? When I looked at the options, it looked like the only questions Dell would field were related to hardware or OS.
I have been having problems with my Videowave movie creator. I had to reinstall it by using the program cd first then when it is about 75% done it asks you to insert the program cd but it won't wont work but if you put in the content cd it should work at least it did for me. But I am still having problems with the software. When I go to make my dvd the dvd option is greyed out and i cannot select it. I can only choose dvd on cd or vcd. Anyone else having this problem that can help I would greatly appreciate it. Roxio has been of no help to me either. Thanks.
