I wish that I had a magic fix for you. You may first want to run the diagnostics on the system to determine if there are any hardware issues. If there are none then you may want to do a system restore to see if that will resolve the problems. If that does not work for you then a possible format and reinstallation of Windows may need to be performed.

Hi trot, You can also check to see if you have an virus or a malware infection on your system.
