Simply make a rule that takes mail from people listed in your address book (add the entire book to the "from" field), and saves it to a folder, and stops processing all rules.  Have the next rule be to delete all messages.  However, if a new person sends you an email before you add them to your address book, you won't get it...  Or, simply use a product like Norton AntiSpam.
