Outlook Express Problems with ME
I have been recently experiencing problems with Outlook Express. I noticed that in sending mail OE would not send mail and give me an error message
"
An unknown error has occurred. Protocol: SMTP, Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800C0131". I was told it was a OE/IE problem, I've tried to reload, added the Service Packs and still have the same problem and while in Windows Update it shoes me loading the OE Service Pack several times it still keeps coming up on my critical liet and is not taking.
Is this a ME problesm with the newer IE 6 and OE 6? Any help would be appreciated, Microsoft, in true form, has been no help at all and keeps pushing XP.

Thanks Jesse.
I tried that and I still have problems. 1) will not accept the serrvice pak update, even thought is say's it downloaded sucessfully; 2) outgoing mail problems as described; and a new one now 3) says it can't find and Internet connection and do I want to work off line, or try again. When I say 'try again' it seems to work, but it's not checking for mail correctly. (I keep having to tell myself how much I love Microsoft products)
