Outlook Express Problems

i just re-installed my Windows XP and now i try to send and receive e-mail and my e-mail has 2 errors.
 
 
the errors are as followed:
 
The host 'SMTP' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'POP3', Server: 'SMTP', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D
 
and
 
 
The host 'POP3' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'POP3', Server: 'POP3', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D
 
 
 
 
can someone please help me as i need to get this fixed for i run a buisness and need to have the info. ASAP

J_Fraley,

Open Outlook Express and go to Tools|Accounts. Highlight your account and click Properties. On the Servers tab make sure that the incoming (POP3) and outgoing (SMTP) server names are entered correctly, based on the information from your ISP.

ok how do i check that info for there is nothing entered in them boxes

Contact your ISP, they will have the proper entries for both.
