PC not auto-suspending on excessive idle time

I cannot find the XP setting where I can cause a laptop to require reaffirmation of the logon password in the event the PC is idle for too long a period of time.  It is the only PC in my office that will not require another logon if it idle.

Does someone know where this setting is located in XP? It is not part of the user account or power settings? And I am not smart enough to craft a question of Windows Help that will get me the information.

thanks,

John Ellsworth

You can remove it by selecting the Options button on the post on the upper right and edit it out. Since this is a public forum, spambots can automatically collect any posted address. It's also good to have one or several free email accts--Gmail--good spam blocking, Hotmail, Yahoo to use as throwaways for forums, signups, registrations.

It's not advisable to post your real email. You'll be inundated with spam. To access that setting, go to Display Properties, Screensaver tab.
