PDFs are blank when printed

I got an issue that is annoying the bejesus out of me. Here's the deal. i get PDFs all the time through one of my email accounts (webmail). when i print it the pages are blank. I have another web based email i use and i can print PDFs just fine. If i use another computer i can print the PDFs fine from my email.

Here's what i have done thus far.

I have uninstalled reinstalled both the printer and the adobe reader. Like i said before another computer prints it fine so there is nothing wrong with the pdfs. I have saved the pdfs to my computer and it still prints blank.

Any ideas?

thanks

Joey, if you use the printer print command or your browser print command, you will get blank pages.  You must use the print command in the PDF file on its tool bar.

1. Make sure that you have opened and are viewing the pdf, and print using the pdf print option.

2. If there are still problems try this:

When you get the print window, select the advanced options, and select the "Print as Image" option.

Good luck

Dave..
