PHP,mySQL & IIS

I'm trying to enable my computer, at least locally, be a "super server",which will enable me to keep my skills using the "major" scripting languages (PHP,ASP,mySQL, & ColdFusion).  With IIS, asp and ColdFusion isn't a problem.  I'm having difficulties getting PHP and mySQL up an running under IIS.
Does Dell or Microsoft have a link to where these instructions can be found?

IIS is a MS product, right ? They have their own sql that you can work with ( a download for 3  months ?); IIS may not like you using a counterfeit (open source) ??

I've been able to resolve this problem by down loading the most recent install packages from php.net.

I've also been able to run along side this server " Uniserver", an Apache, PHP, mySQL server that will run alone on a "thumb drive".  As a matter of fact, the IIS can use the mySQL & phpAdmin from the Uniserver.
