PPT presentation wont open
I have a new DELL laptop on Windows 8.1. I have installed Microsoft Office 2016. But the PowerPoint (ppt) presentation which was on my flash drive wont open fully.
Any thoughts why?

In PowerPoint, go to the Slide Show tab on the ribbon at the top, then click Set Up Slide Show. In the window, switch from Browsed by an individual (window) to Presented by a speaker (full screen). If you still experience the problem with presentation file after you try this method take a look here: http://www.ppt.repair/

What happens if you copy the powerpoint file to your computer hard drive, then open powerpoint and try to open it directly? What version of office did you use to create the powerpoint? Have you performed all office updates from Microsoft?
