After three days of tests (takes a while to load the OS each time):
Running!!!!! Looks like there is a bad driver the 5810 CAB (Error started right after loading the CAB and it stopped when I ripped out the drivers to narrow down what's tripping this up)
I'll start piecing together which driver is the problem child as best I can... hope to find it and post here

Appears to be in the intel scsi adpater family "iaAHCI v4.3.0.1198"
Hop this helps someone else on the search

Did you downloaded the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver and install it into the system? Click the link to download drivers on the Precision 5810.

Verified and refreshed the rapid storage drivers. same result
