Printing Photos MGI PhotoSuite & Lexmark 85 All-in-One Printer/Scanner/Fax/Copier
Hi, I am a first time user and have spent days reading tons of material and still have been unable to print a single photo. I end up with a very small portion of shoulder(not a clue how that happens) or completely blank pages even though the edited photo....just the way I want it to print appears on my screen. I don't understand. When I do get an image, I haven't a clue what I did to accomplish it. When one thing failed.....I tried something else. Nothing really useful. I am trying to print my sons Graduation & Tux Photo to a 5x7 size for relatives as Christmas gifts. I can't even find a "size" I under stand. Does anyone have the time to simply guide me through this? I really need you help. Your assistance will be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you. Joy55

Your issue isn't a Windows XP problem and should have been posted in the Other Software. However, what version of MGI Photosuite are you using? it can make a difference. I have several versions and the printing function in each one is different. (You should also always include your PC model number and Operating system version on any initial problem post).
However, you should be getting "what you see" in the printing section. Does the Lexmark print correctly on printed text or printing Internet Explorder pages? If other applications printing is not correct either then it's not the photo programs but some other overall issue, such as the printer drivers/setup. There has been a lot of interface (communications) issues with the X.. series of Lexmark printers. Make sure you have the latest updated drivers from Lexmark as there has been some fixes.
