Problem Using AIO A960 Printer with Vista

Question

I have just purchased a Dimension 9200 running Vista Home and Office.  I downloaded the Vista 32 bit printer driver for AIO A960 from the Dell sight and installed my printer.  Although installation appears correct, everytime I try to print a document my printer goes to offline status by itself and nothing is printed.  I have repeated the driver download and installation process but get the same result.   Can you help?   bfconsult

You might try the firmware update if it has not been done.

I have noticed that when I am in the Dell All-In-One Centre that when I select 'Printer Set-up Utility' that the 'Fax Set-up Utility' page appears.   bfconsult
