You have either corrupt media or/and are in need of SATA drivers.
Download an .iso of your version of Windows 7 (likely Home Premium 64 bit) and create a bootable USB. Download link and instructions are in my wiki here. Then retry the install.
Follow my wiki A Clean Install of Windows 7. Pay attention in particular to step 6. preparing the SATA drivers and use R273110.

Dear Sir,
I am facing a problem while installing a windows 7. I already had windows 7 with my old Hard disk. now I changed Hard disk with new one. and I tried several times to install windows 7 but after completion of windows it shows blue scree with message that Install updated BIOS Version. but I already have A11 BIOS Version. I also tried to install A11 Bios version but message appears that can not flash with same version.
Kindly help me to resolve this problem.

Having problems with my Dell 15 3552 (had Ubuntu installed but cleared partition!)
Trying to install original Windows 7 Ultimate DVD from DVD drive and also tried from an ISO image to USB and keep getting message "A required CD/DVD Device Driver is missing ....." . In your guide Windows Reinstallation Guide and Related Wikies you state this is means " the Windows Installation Media is corrupt, usually an incomplete download or badly burn DVD/USB'
I don't think that bad media is the problem. I originally had this when trying with USB then thought blow it let me borrow an external DVD but the same thing happened (with an original almost new Windows 7 DVD.
Do you have any ideas as I'm getting very desperate in getting this done.
PS: I did notice that the BIOS version of this Dec15 Dell 15 3552 is 3.0.3 and the Dell site says latest is Version 4.0.1,A08. Could this be the problem is there a way of updating BIOS via USB as I don't have a working system to do it online.
Thanks in advance.
