Problem with Update...Error Found 8007000D..

Question

Hi Guys,   This is my first time on this forum and I hope you can help me out.  I've done a search and cannot find a similar thread, so fingers crossed that this hasn't been discussed previously or if it has then someone can point me to the solution.   I've been d/loading updates since I received my new Dell (with Vista Home Premium) in February 2007.  Now I have a problem with a recent one KB933928 which will not download nor install.  I am getting  an 'error found' notice 8007000D and despite trying repeatedly to reinstall this update I am ending up with the same outcome.   Can anyone offer any advice or help, please?   TIA   (I'm not a novice , but I'm not an expert.  If anyone has any help, please keep it as non techie and as full an explanation, as possible).

Thank you mombodog for your help and advice. I think I shall do as you suggested and ignore this update, as it seems to be causing nothing but a lot of problems.
