I would suggest you to run Pre Boot system Assessment (PSA Diagnostics). To launch PSA diagnostics, please press and hold the “Fn” key while turning on the system. Hold it down until the diagnostic starts. Click the link below for additional information about PSA diagnostics and error codes:
Please make a note of the error code if you get any.
Since you are facing multiple issues with the operating system and you have tried system restore as well (which did not fix the issue), I would suggest you to reinstall the operating system.
NOTE: Operating System re-installation may delete the data in the computer. Please backup the important data.
