[READ FIRST IF EXPERIENCING]: Got Server Execution Failed?

AOL's AIM 5.9 and above, along with their ad-displaying program, ViewPoint Media Player, has been affecting all and every version of Microsoft Windows Vista lately, causing the network icon in the taskbar near the clock to display "Status Unknown --- Server Execution Failed", along with some networking issues...
Well now there's a fix! Thanks to a regular Vista user on Microsoft's TechNet forums, a fix has been found!
Here ya go:

>>Right click "Computer"
>>Click "Manage"
>>Under the "System Tools" section, Double click "Local Users and Groups"
>>Click "Groups"
>>Right click "Administrators"
>>Click "Add to group..."
>>Click "Add"
>>Click "Advanced"
>>Click "Find Now"
>>Double click "Local Service"
>>Click "Ok"
>>"NT Authority\Local Service" should show up in the list now
>>Click "Ok"
>>Close Computer Management and reboot.

Remember, all credit goes to BlueShot @ Microsoft TechNet Forums!

Note: This affects all versions of both the 32-Bit (x86) and 64-Bit (x64) versions of Microsoft's Windows Vista Operating System.

I have Vista Premium?  Can get to System Tools, but there is no "Local Users and Groups".  I have 'Task Scheduler', 'Event Viewer', 'Shared Folders', 'Reliability and Performance' and 'Device Manager'.  Maybe BlueShot has an update, as I have this message when connecting.  I can get on cable and wireless connections, but my computer doesn't know it, I guess.
Thanks

You must be logged on as an administrator to correct this issue.

To Dell Community Support Members, Moderators, Administrators, etc.: Can this topic please be pinned for future reference as it affects all Microsoft Windows Vista users of Dell-based and non-Dell-based computers? It would be much appreciated by myself and many others alike.

I am the administer and I still cannont see Local Users and Groups.  Searching on the web, it says you cannot access this feature in Vista Premium (which I am runnign) as well as Vista Basic.  Any ideas?  Thanks in advance.

I am using Windows Vista Home Premium and cannot do what you are proposing.  I have run the Microsoft Management Console and added User Groups as a snap-in, but I get an error that says I cannot do what you propose in this version of Windows Vista.

Have you posted any additional information for Windows Vista Home Premium users to correct the problem?
Thanks.
