Hi Sandeep P,
I have a problem where windows is locked and the computer will not load windows in safe mode. My computer is a Dell Inspiron 15z 5523.
No Events found!

Hi GeeBee50,
Please share the operating system installed. It appears that you are looking for the password to log in to Windows. If that's not case please share on which screen it asks for the password. Does it ask for the password before the Dell Logo screen appears on restart or after it.
Please reply with the information, will take it further from there.

if os is locked then reboot with new OS , if system is locked please open the laptop and in it semo battery it is connected to mother board please remove it and wait for 2 min and replace it http://www.dell.com/support/troubleshooting/us/en/19/Product/inspiron-15z-5523 follow this link and goto manuals and download owner manual by seeing the pictures init in other system , u can slove it
