Recommendation for free program to convert .flv files

For the past year or so, I have used a free program called Super, made by eRightSoft. It converts just about any file type from one format to another and is extremely handy. I use it all the time to convert .flv files to .wmv files.

Just today, when I launched the program, it told me my current version of Super (version 2006) was outdated and to upgrade to version 2007. I did so, and now I cannot convert any .flv files. I keep getting error messages. No settings with Super have been changed. I uninstalled the new version and re-installed the older one. Now I cannot even launch that program. eRightSoft has someone disabled it.

So can anyone recommend a free, fairly simple program that can convert .flv files to .wmv?

If it's of any additional use, there are a bunch of free players that play native .flv files without having to convert them to another format. For example:
