Recovery partition lost

I was trying to install win xp, but while i was doing that , I deleted recovery partition part by a mistake which includes windows vista. Then i decided to reinstall vista  and installed vista manually and installed all drivers manually. But i think it is not fast enough as factory default. I Think something is wrong with compatibility. so can i get back recovery partition from support? . I red stng about dell can send only 1 copy for each computer. so if i can get it back it will be very good for my computer performance

Once you have deleted the Recovery Partition, you can NOT get it back. You are out of luck. However, a manual install of Vista along with the correct drivers should be fine. There is nothing special about using the Recovery Partition that would make your machine "faster".

In fact the clean install is usually faster by far in my experience.
