Reinstalling Microsft Office on

another computer.  I am phasing out one of my computers that has Microsoft Office 2003 on it. I have the original discs for Microsoft Office. If I uninstall Microsoft Office on my older computer can I safely install it on another computer with out activation problems.

It is a retail version bought directly from Microsoft. This was not part of the computer when I purchased the computer.  I have been all over the internet trying to find Microsoft's information on this and could not find it. Thanks for the reply.

Depends on the version of Office and where you got it.  If it's an OEM version that came with a new PC, legally you can only use it with that PC (what you do is up to you).  If it's a Retail version it can be legally installed on a different machine.
