Reinstalling Windows 7
My laptop has crashed on me I can't get into the login page it turns on the Dell sign logs up and then it goes to a white page with three gray bars across the Sun but the administrative password I can't get into it I was told that I need to download Windows and it again or reinstall it but I can't get in it to do anything and

There is no download of windows 7. All versions have been removed by microsoft. The previous Digital River download servers msft-dnl.digitalrivercontent.net, msft.digitalrivercontent.net and azcdn01.digitalrivercontent.net are no longer available EVER AGAIN.
