You should be able to go to control panel, "add or remove programs", it should be in the list. Select it and click remove. You will need to restart after it is removed. If it is not there, go to my computer, drive C, program files, look for online services, this should be the folder that programs to go on line would be. Hope this helps.

If you don't find MSN at first, in add/remove programs, click on the third icon on the left from the top and it should be there. Remember to uncheck everything but MSN and then remove it.

Check All Programs>Startup to see if it's there. Delete the shortcut or drag it to your desktop. It is in Add/remove, too. You have to go to Windows Components to find it. It should show that it's not installed. What you are getting is the offer to install it. You should be able to say no and select don't ask me this again.

Problem solved. I found it under the Windows components section of Add/Remove Programs.
