Reset the PC doesn't work

Question

Hello.... I have a Dell Inspiron 3162 laptop, with Windows 10 home 64 . I just wanted to try and see if the Reset PC works and it doesn't . It said something along the line it couldn't . I try the other Advanced Options and that too doesn't work .Is my only options recovery method ?

Did your system ship with Windows 10, or was it an upgrade (7 to 10)? Also, what size is the hard drive?

I think I tried to answer your questions before at this link, were you able to try any of this?

It was shipped with 10 . It seem the only options is to create a recovery image and use that to restore windows clean, the other options don't work ( Reset PC )

Are you sure your PC have recovery partition?
