Did your system ship with Windows 10, or was it an upgrade (7 to 10)? Also, what size is the hard drive?
I think I tried to answer your questions before at this link, were you able to try any of this?

It was shipped with 10 . It seem the only options is to create a recovery image and use that to restore windows clean, the other options don't work ( Reset PC )

Are you sure your PC have recovery partition?
