Restart infinity loop after Windows update

Hi Everyone,

Once the system updated to windows version 1909, my dell xps 9365 stuck at restart loop. It went into the DELL logo screen and then went back to the beginning and over and over again. I undo the change so the laptop can work for now. But I am wondering why this updates would cause such problem. Many thanks in advance!
