Restore disk request page broken

Hi all,

I'm new here so greetings and a happy christmas to everybody.

I'm based in the UK, and trying to locate a set of system restore disks for my Dimension 4300, having mislaid the originals.

Dell provide the following link on their web site to a replacement media request form:

https://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/dellcare/en/backupcd_form

but clicking this just produces a '500 - Server Processing Error' message.

So could anyone please provide a working link to the replacement media request form, or suggest an alternate way to get hold of the disks?

That link is for US customers. It works for me, but maybe it's because I'm in the US.

There is a different link for UK customers, but with the age of the 4300 it may be "too late" to get the discs.
