I can verify this is the "Unknown Base System Device" driver that everyone was missing.  The SD card reader does indeed now work.

Now we just need them for 64 bit.

Ok 64 bit is now available.  Hopefully this will take care of the 3 missing devices I was having in 64 bit.

I think it did list 3 drivers when I opned the package.  Vista had two of them in the 32 bit version.

It still doesn't work for me. Keeps asking if I want to scan and fix my SD card. FYI It's 2gb and formatted with Nikon coolpix L3. I can see the files listed in the directories but if I try to access them it gets laggy and choppy and vista reports an error eventually.
