SP2 Copy Error, Setup cannot copy the file netsetup.exe

I just recieved SP2 in the mail. While installing SP2 on my Inspiron 8500, this error message popped up.

 

Setup cannot copy the file netsetup.exe                                                           Retry

Ensure that the location specified below is correct, or                                      Cancel

change it and insert 'Windows XP Service Pack 2 Source

Files' in the drive you specify.

Copy files from:

c:\ce1a8644e6513b41ab6399448d272f\i386                                                    Browse...

 

Well... I HAVE the SP2 disk in D drive, and 'Browsing' to it does not help. A search on D drive shows only a 'netsetup.pdb.cpl' file.

 

A search in C drive shows the file available at c:\ce1a8644e6513b41ab6399448d272f\i386, c:\I386 and also at c:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32. A 'Browse' to those location produces the same error message.

 

HELP!
