Service Tag unrecognized for windows 7 upgrade

The service tag  (Hybrid desktop system) was not recognized as valid for windows 7 upgrade program, i try several times but  nothing happens. I try to contact support service,but online chat doesn't work and E-mail  response is a automatic answer with FAQ information. Someone can help me?

You must use the Edit button on your post to remove the service tag. This is a public forum, not Dell Support and posting a tag is not allowed.

The win 7 upgrade expires Jan 31st, so you need to contact Dell again. Use the Contact Us tab on the win 7 upgrade site.

I had the same problem as yourself with my service tag not being recognized and the friendly and excellent Windows 7 Upgrade Customer Care at this e-mail address quickly resolved the issue.
